Energy & power management · Monitor module
Manage every kilowatt, in every building.
M360 reads the meters, switchgear, generators and UPS you already own, shows the whole electrical system as one picture, and manages it: demand kept under your limit, critical power ready when you need it, and the bill tracked as it builds.
Live power map
The one-line your electrician would draw, live from the meters.
How to read it
- Top to bottom is the order of things. Utility transformer → main service breaker → whole-building transfer switch → main switchboard → floors, equipment and the UPS.
- Generators sit behind two switches. The emergency switch picks up fire pumps, egress lighting and elevators first; the building switch takes the rest.
- Amber pulses ask for attention. Low power factor, a generator low on fuel or a UPS battery getting warm. Red means distress.
- Try it. In the portal you can take a building's utility away and watch its generator pick up the load.
Campus map
Every building on one screen.
Each tile shows the building's kW, people on site, open findings and generator state, in the same colors as the power map. Click a tile for its meters.
Demand
See the peak coming before it sets your bill.
- Metered and forecast. Today's load, the forecast for the rest of the day and yesterday for comparison.
- The limit is on the chart. When the forecast gets close, M360 pre-cools and sheds what it's allowed to.
- Who gets told. Alert rules decide who hears about demand, power quality and generator events, and when.
Generators & UPS
Know critical power is ready before you need it.
- Between tests. Fuel, run hours, last exercise and transfer times for every generator and both transfer switches.
- UPS health. Load, runtime and battery condition for the UPS that protects each network room.
- The sequence. M360 shows exactly what happens, in order, if a building loses utility right now.

Power quality
Sags, swells and harmonics, explained.
Every event at the switchgear is logged with what happened and what it affected. On a trading floor or in a data center, that's the difference between a blip and an outage.
The bill · Monitor
Watch the bill build, day by day.
M360 builds the month to date from the interval meter and your tariff, shows where the kWh went and what the automations saved.
